    An unsecured line will provide funding without the need for assets, collateral, or neighborhood restrictions. (GOOD FOR PROPERTIES IN THE CITY) To Qualify for Unsecured Business Lines of Credit, you Must: -Have a Credit Score of 680 or more -Filed last year's (2020) Taxes -Must Have an LLC or Some other form of Business Entity -No more than 6 Inquiries per Bureau in the last 6 months -Bankruptcies MUST be over 10 years (Open or Close) *(Soft Pull credit for pre-approval/quote)*
    - For business owners that own a physical piece of real estate (home/investment property/office building etc) - Average of 30k-2mil (Depending on equity within the property) - No minimum time in business - No minimum credit score
    *Have a net worth of at least $1 million, not including the value of a primary residence; OR *Have an annual income of at least $200,000 for an individual, or $300,000 for a married couple. The income bar must have been reached in each of the past two years, and there must be a reasonable expectation that it will continue to be met in the coming year.
